The Disney on Broadway Tour: Behind the Magic at the New Amsterdam Theatre was EXCELLENT....
As Disney Vacation Club members and Annual Passholders to Disneyworld we were looking for something here in New York to do and this just worked out great!
We met in front of the statue of the man who started it all, Mr. BROADWAY himself, Andrew Carnegie. Jocelyn, our tour guide was excellent! Though small she's definitely a spit-fire! She was super knowledgeable about the theater district and even had historic period photos of the area, photos of a few playbills from the early 1900's, famous actor photos of when they were young and on Broadway as well as a great handout of all of the theaters listing their productions that she started off with.
The Disney cast members (that's what DISNEY calls anyone who works for them that interact with the public) that gave the tour of the New Amsterdam Theatre were also very good. They were super knowledgeable about the theater district's revitalization and especially Disney's impact on it.
All in all it was a GREAT experience and even though I walk with a cane it really wasn't too much for me... we had plenty of breaks in which Jocelyn, our tour guide, gave very descriptive facts. My partner and I would definitely recommend The Disney on Broadway: Behind the Magic tour to others... We loved it!!

We loved this Disney On Broadway tour. We especially loved being able to go backstage and on stage at the Amsterdam! I also loved that Jocelyn had pictures of what things looked like in the area at different times!

We checked in as a group of 6 for three nights , from check in till check out everything was fantastic the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble take note of the various (free) tours put on by the hotel we done Brooklyn and Dumbo, and a special mention to our guide Jocelyn who was brilliant. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the views from the rooftop bar spectacular, location of the hotel is excellent, and I would not hesitate in using the hotel again when in NYC.

Wonderful tour of catacombs, Old St Patrick's cathedral NYC. My son and I had fantastic tour of the catacombs in Old St Patrick's cathedral, NYC. Our tour guide was Jocelyn, a New Yorker born and bred, who had an amazing array of info she shared on the history, architecture and characters surrounding Old St Patrick's cathedral NYC.
Because this tour is so new, you get bragging rights when you return from your holiday! But I think the tour is also a 'must' for native New Yorkers, who might think they know everything about their city; this walking tour is special.

We have recently returned from the big Apple and I cannot recommend the big bus night tour highly enough and if you are lucky to get Jocelyn as your tour guide you will feel as if you are a local after all her amazing information. She was awesome, incredibly friendly and very informative. Another plus is you don't have to walk and believe me you do enough of this. Thank you Jocelyn and thank you big bus tours for employing such an amazing tour guide.

Great tour guide! We used the hop on hop off bus as part of our New York explorer pass. It was lovely seeing the city at night. Jocelyn was our tour guide and she was brilliant! Funny and engaging and very informative. We'd already been in NYC for 5 days and she pointed out lots of attractions we'd missed and wanted to go to! Would recommend these tours to anyone visiting!

We did the uptown, downtown, midtown and night tours during our stay and in particular enjoyed the night and midtown tours which were guided by Jocelyn whom we would give five stars! She was very engaging and provided lots of interesting information. We had her on the night tour first and were very excited to see her again two days later when we did the midtown tour.

Great experience...had many guides on our journeys around Manhattan but must give a big shout out to Jocelyn. What a great guide she was, full of great information and supplying plenty laughs along the way. A definite must do while in New York

Used this for 3 days to get around NYC. In particular my favourite "host" has to be Jocelyn! A real New Yorker with a great attitude & good sense of humour. She was great the whole way around the night tour & had a hilarious dry sense of humour! She also very sweetly has made a long list of "Jocelyn's Favourite Things" - it is a double sided A4 page of restaurants & bars she recommends! Sectioned out into areas of NYC for ease & she is happy to give it out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a multiple of guides, but the ones that stood out the most for us were Ving, Jocelyn and a guy from California (I forget his name sadly)- who despite not being a local, knew a lot of New York. They were funny, knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. Ving was very professional when one of the tourists kept standing up on the bus despite repeated requests to seat down. Dude from California was very knowledgeable about the arts and museums and Jocelyn had me in stitches with her jokes.

JOCELYN- what an amazing lady. We were on the tour on 14th September. The rain started. Then it was like a monsoon. This lady kept everyone safe. She coped with this stressful situation with fantastic humour and cheerfulness. To all the moaning tourists-Jocelyn could not stop the rain however much she would have liked to. A credit to your company.

I can highly recommend the Big Bus Tours Hop On Hop Off bus tour of NYC. We had a two-day pass included with our New York Pass but was able to upgrade to a third day which also included the night tour. We went on all three tours, downtown, uptown and night tour. All of the tour guides on the buses were excellent and very knowledgeable, the tour guides we had were Austin and Paul on the downtown tour, Gilbert on the uptown and Jocelyn on the night tour. Jocelyn even handed out a guide to her favorite restaurants in the different areas of NYC.

Best Tour Guide in New York - Jocelyn. I went to New York with my parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary on Dec.13 and we took a tour with Big Bus. My college age granddaughter wanted to see NYC and we had only one day. In the morning, we went downtown, our guide was Jocelyn, and she was fabulous. She had a great knowledge base, stories, humor, and a great way of interacting with guests. There were descriptions and stories about all, and we got some great photos. Tour was about 2.5 hours. Kudos to Big Bus, and kudos to Jocelyn. They made our day very enjoyable and we highly recommend them! (PS: the drivers and tour guides work hard. If you enjoy the trip, tip them.)
