As the founder of a kayak tour company recognized with Trip Advisor’s Travelers’ Choice Award (top 10% of attractions worldwide), I helped guests of all skill levels experience the beauty of the area safely and confidently by providing brief training, local insight, and engaging storytelling that turned simple outings into meaningful adventures. Each five-star review represented a guest who left with a smile and a story to tell — the best measure of success I could ask for. I recently completed a solo thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, a 2,650-mile journey that deepened my passion for exploration, storytelling, and connecting people to the natural world.
