Hi, I’m Erica Browning! I’m an Idaho native with a passion for both culinary arts and global exploration. For 10 years, I’ve been a high school culinary instructor, and now I’m also a certified tour director through ITMI. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to 11 different countries, and I’ve experienced everything from swimming with pigs in the Bahamas to hiking the Swiss Alps. My love for travel extends to my own backyard, where I’m constantly exploring the incredible U.S. national parks—places like the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Park.
