Washington DC Bike and Segway Guide (Full time)

Seeking natural storytellers who enjoy working with the general public and leading groups. We provide the training, you add a personal touch to create a fun, entertaining experience. Tours are on bicycles (4-7 miles at an easy pace, bike provided) and by Segway (training provided).

Our tour guides safely lead small groups for up to 3 hours at a time on and around the National Mall in Washington, DC. We work outdoors, where social distancing is easy!

We offer tours year-round, with our busiest times being March-October. Scheduling is flexible but guides are required to work at least one weekend day. We are currently hiring for our spring season (March-May) with opportunities to continue through the rest of the year. We offer tours morning, afternoon, and evening so there are a lot of opportunities to guide no matter what the rest of your schedule looks like.

Applicants should be at least 18 years of age. You do not need to have previous tour guide experience, but public speaking experience is required.

Rate: $25 per tour hour PLUS TIPS! Year-round salaried positions are available for top guides!
