As an experienced organized tour traveler, I can honestly say I have never seen as organized, communicative and fun tour director. We have traveled with many group tours, and often we don’t know what’s next. Sari kept us informed and gave us a full picture but then daily gave us the bite size info we needed then, so not to overwhelm and confuse us. She is incredibly clear when she explains and takes care of all the hard work. Could not have asked more. I actually relaxed and trusted her fully. Thank you, Sari!
Actually better than great —truly outstanding. I was a local guide in DC for 5 years. Sari is a superb tour director. She was thoroughly prepared and anticipated everything we needed, and it seemed effortless.

Sari was very clear when explaining. Some people still needed repeating, but she was so patient and very kind. Our first time in group travel, Sari made everyone feel special and paid attention to all needs. The group was easy going and Sari made great commentary about history, geology, animals and Alaska. She knows her craft and is extremely experienced. She communicated by text reminders and sent us WhatsApp because we have international phone. She is better than great! BRAVO! GUT GEMACHT!

Always organized and clear. Well prepared ahead of destinations with all information and maps and options to do things either paid or hikes or just strolls by river. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Alaska, loved her group and has so much patience. Everyone felt seen and heard. Remarkable as its lie herding cats with 42 people. Sari is a true professional; it was such a pleasure to watch her deal with all challenges with a smile. Very interesting person too. Made the trip for our family.
Learned a lot of interesting facts about Alaska from Sari. She also went above and beyond with scheduling our excursions and making sure when we arrived at our hotel hotels that everything was ready to go with our rooms.

Sari was so helpful with our mobility issues, always got first floor or near elevator, got lift in train and checked on us. My husband is hard of hearing but she was so patient and came to ask privately if we understood or heard her with so many details. She was herding cats so effortlessly and always energetic and smiling. She is a perfect tour director, organized, communication every day with text. We had the best tour and felt relaxed and cared for, even we could not do many activities. She was always available.
Very knowledgeable about the area and history. She kept us on track and made sure we knew where and when to be. I would highly recommend her as a director anytime!
Sari was the most organized and professional tour guide we have ever had. She allowed us to have 2 hours of hiking instead of going to the shopping area, we are not shoppers. She made possible that driver will get us later. Always thinking of everyone’s need on tour. Excellent guide and very nice kind person. Could not ask for more. True professional.

Sari made this such a fun amd learning filled trip. The coordination has been amazing and has made it so easy for us to relax and focus on having fun amd taking in Alaska. We would travel again just to be with Saria tour!!
Sari compliments the tour experience. The activities are nice, but Sari adds the excitement and knowledge prior to each event. Sari also asks about our sights and seems to get joy from our joy. Sari provides information and reminders needed for our preparation for each day and for smooth transitions. She thinks about how to make our trip experience to the fullest. Sari gives fun and interesting handouts and books to view while riding to our next adventure. 49th state bingo was fun to check off as if we were checking off our bucket list. Sari provided sweet treats and surprises to her "tour family". She exhibits compassion for us too. She is personable and friendly. I can't imagine this trip being as fun and comfortable if we had another tour coordinator. She handles the logistics well. Talkeetna was a bonus. She provided us the opportunity to view Denali's summit. We now belong to the 30% club. We are blessed by Sari's knowledge and passion for Alaska. She is the biggest reason our post tour was beyond awesome.

Sari was on top of everything way before we ever asked her. Every day she texted us the timing and plans for the next day, so effortlessly. We never needed to worry about anything. The luggage service is great. I would tour with Sari again and have her plan my vacation with timing as she gave us quiet time too, not just on the go all the time. So much to see so little time.
