I have been in the trade of guiding since 1998 and still going! I usually cover much of the country with my groups, private, smaller or larger, academic or more leisurely. I thoroughly enjoyed being on every mountain and island there is, interpreting my heritage, be it art, ruins, landscape or people. I love it when I see the sparkle of ‘now I get it!’ in people’s eyes. That’s a reason I love working with students!
Recently I started giving back what I gained all these years by becoming a trainer in guiding skills for guides in different countries, a very gratifying experience! And who knows what else lies ahead?
