I am a professional tour director/guide, Washington, DC tourist guide, and Sierra Club national and local outings leader.

I facilitate trip logistics, enhance tour participants’ knowledge about the places and sites we visit, and make sure they are safe and happy.

I design and guide personalized tours of Washington, DC attractions for small groups, families, and individuals (tours by vehicle with hired driver, public transportation, walking, and bicycle).

I love learning and sharing with American and international visitors the stories of people and events that have made the United States and its capital unique and special places.

I am passionate about helping Americans (adults and students) learn more about U.S. history, government, and civics.

I am a 30-year resident of the Washington, DC area and have managed and guided hundreds of tours.

My tour objective is all participants have a wonderful time, delightful memories, and are inspired.

Created and annually coordinate a church program that delivers gift bags with meals, drugstore/supermarket gift cards, and holiday cards to 250 seniors (20 years).
