I was born into adventure to a pilot and a sun kissed surfer girl. Skiing before I walked, and sleeping better under the stars than in my bed, I didn’t know any better than the pursuit of adrenaline fueled exploits. I joined the Air Force to see the world, and experienced things I never could have imagined. Adventures beckoned in Alaska, and I’ve been collecting them, for 14 years, alongside my husband and our rescued sled dogs. My favorite thing about guiding is leading an individual to the precipice of their comfort zone and watching them reach deep into themselves and confidently step beyond it, making their world a bigger, more wondrous place.
It is only in adventure that some people succeed in knowing themselves - in finding themselves.
