I have always been an independent self-starter and quick learner. I grew my walking tour company solely on my performance and interaction with guests, earning top reviews and converting my guests into evangelists for my company through exemplary customer service. My problem-solving and leadership skills have come in handy when I organized public events and had to get volunteers to work together to get things done. I enjoy being creative and helping people design their dream trips in addition to designing and scouting new tours for my company. I like to keep busy and would love to work for some other companies where I could be useful.
