I have a passion for travel and experiencing the world. I love to share those experiences with others. I love the quiet of the mountains on hikes as well as the hustle and bustle of the biggest cities. I love food and wine, art, theater, hiking, sailing and learning about other cultures. I have been Co-ordinator of a Travel Group since 2010, leading adult tours in a number of countries including England, Italy, Australia and New Zealand, Ireland and Canada.
My destination knowledge has grown from places I have lived or where I have spent a decent amount of time, including:
England - lived for 25 years; London in particular hosting walking tours around the Streets of London
Australia - lived in Brisbane, Queensland for 6 years
France - traveled extensively within this country from a young age
14-months traveling the world including Thailand, Bali, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China (in my youth)
Greece - spent a number of holidays vacationing here including sailing
Los Angeles - lived for 2 years
Minnesota - lived for 25 years
