About

A lifelong New Yorker born and raised in Greenwich Village, I am a seasoned tour guide who has designed and led great tours of New York for hundreds of clients from around the world. He loves to show visitors the real New York, off the beaten track places known and loved by locals! In particular, I have custom-designed and led delicious, fascinating food-tasting tours in neighborhoods across the 5 boroughs for student groups, museums, other organizations and private clients — he has been eating his way through New York for 4 decades, and loves to share this knowledge with his guests! Let Mike treat you to an authentic New York experience that you will never forget!

I regularly work as a step-on guide in New York for clients from around the world.

In addition, I designed food tours in Chicago (North Loop, Wicker Park) and San Francisco (North Beach, Mission District).

I also have vast experience as a student tour director leading groups up and down the Eastern Seaboard, and have led student groups on tour in Spain (Madrid & Andalucia).
