About

Born and raised on a 24-square mile island – the third oldest English settlement and no one knows us! Darn that Jamestown & Plymouth.

Oldest of four and the black sheep of the family since I don’t conform to the old 9-5 grind.

From mid-February to April 15th, I work in a CPA office doing taxes. I love the game, but I could never do it full-time.

Tours Offered & Destination Knowledge

Bus ToursGeneral Walking ToursMulti-Day Tour Director/Leader

I created a virtual tour called Mr Lincoln Comes to Baltimore during the pandemic. I explained why Lincoln's cannons are still turned on downtown.

I do many of our western national parks and New England. I've also led a Music Cities tour - which was my last tour before the world flipped upside down!

My favorite park is Death Valley and the second is Glacier. I'm itching to go to Death Valley in April for the wildflower display.

Fun Fact!
I was born the day we walked on the moon!
Hobbies & Interests
Reading, traveling with friends, going to the opera and to baseball games. I'd go to more football games if it weren't so cold. I aim to get quoted at least once a week on my favorite radio morning show. The more outrageous the better! Member of the Veterans Breakfast Club in Pittsburgh even though I'm not a veteran. Hosted an hour of their first Veterans Day telethon and was on the civilian "Jeopardy" team that won!

Virtual Tour Experience

I did some Baltimore and DC virtual tours in 2020 for a CPA firm. They were not recorded. I did a virtual "tour" of the history of the US Flag for Flag Day for the Veterans Breakfast Club. Link below.
