I am an experienced traveler and educator with a rich background in global exploration and cultural exchange. Growing up in the Midwest in a travel-loving family, I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and diverse cultures. My journey took a significant turn during a year with Up With People, where I engaged in service and music projects that fostered global understanding.

I have a passion for guiding both adults and students through enriching experiences, whether exploring the vibrant streets of New York City or the historical sites of Europe. I find great joy in witnessing students’ excitement as they experience iconic landmarks like Times Square and their first Broadway show, or as they connect with America’s history in Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.

My travel adventures have also included breathtaking trips to the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Yosemite, where thrilling activities like white-water rafting and hiking Angels Landing create unforgettable memories. As a mother of four daughters and a grandmother, I cherish the joy of sharing these experiences with young explorers.
