There were two medical emergencies during our trip. I was surprised by the confident manor in which John addressed both of these medical emergencies and minimize disruption to the remainder of the patrons on the trip. John was very attentive to a medical problem which occurred to my traveling companion who did not rise to the level of a medical emergency. He was also very adaptable to changing conditions during our trip, which were beyond the control of anyone. He made suggestions and modifications that were designed to improve and enhance our trip experience daily. I particularly liked his method of seat rotation daily, which enabled all of the travelers to vary their location on the bus. His constant attention to our needs and desires was greatly appreciated.”

He kept us informed, made a conscious effort to provide sufficient rest stops so that no one was forced to travel in an uncomfortable circumstance, he provided interesting and informative commentary about sites we were to visit and always was available or recommendations regarding food, entertainment, and any other services that his clients might need. From my observations, it appeared that everyone on our bus had a high regard for John's ability, dedication, and service to his clients.”
