About

Being a Tour Manager is a post-retirement career that I really enjoy. I spent 17 years working with alumni volunteers and planning events at Boston College, so tour managing already feels familiar to me. I possess a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, and deliver exceptional customer service and logistical support on tours. I maintain positive relationships with vendors, including guides, hotels, restaurants and attractions, and pride myself in being a supportive partner to all colleagues. My evaluation scores as a Tour Director average 98% in excellence ratings.  Certified as a Professional Tour Director from International Tour Management Institute (ITMI).

Fun Fact!
My husband and I lived on our 46' sailboat for 8 months and travelled from Massachusetts down the east coast of the US, and then over to the out islands of the Bahamas known as the Exumas, and back again.
Hobbies & Interests
I love photography, baking, and spending time with my 2 grandsons, ages 2 and 4. They call me Mimi!
