EF Explore America Orientation feedback:  Nailed it! Heidi, from your instant engagement with the yellow stickers, you had the group wanting to know more about what you have to say. The content of each one of your commentaries demonstrated that not only were you prepared to present, but you knew exactly who your audience was (Middle & High School students). You gave us an excellent overview of the location, then zoomed the lens in on a captivating story. With each of your commentaries you had us hungry to hear more. Keep up this energy and passion for your locations and I am certain students (and adults) will feel lucky to have you as their Tour Director.

Tour 1 Evaluation feedback:  Heidi is very efficient and responsible. She helps to include GLs into decisions. She is a lot of fun to be with. The students enjoy her energy and positive attitude. She thinks of everything.  She was nice, helpful, professional and responded well with students. She was knowledgeable and spoke well.
