"As a retired Clinton (Wisconsin) School District teacher, I had the opportunity to chaperone our high school choir's trip to New York City this past week. Grace from Southwestern was our tour guide, and I want to let you know what an incredible job she did in providing a wonderful experience for our entire group! From the moment we met her in the airport to our final good-byes at airport security, Grace was attentive to our needs and very personable, providing a plethora of interesting information and answering our many questions, always cheerful and upbeat. We had a number of younger freshmen in our group, one in particular who deals with significant anxiety and other developmental/social issues. This student was in my group, and often times refused to participate or even walk with us. Grace was so understanding, patient, and helpful with this student, as well as the rest of our crew. Often times I would see this student talking with Grace leading the way with her trusty orange umbrella held high for us to follow as we navigated the streets and sidewalks of NYC. Grace went above and beyond her job responsibilities, and I greatly appreciate her dedication, human relation skills, and attention to details. Even when our flight home was delayed, she stayed with us! Grace is a gem and I give her my highest recommendation as a tour guide... and human being!"
