Hello – My name is Annie. Welcome to Philadelphia. I am a local Tour Guide based in Philadelphia. The best way to see Historic Philadelphia is by foot. You will travel through America’s most historic square mile – America birthplace. You will step back in time to see where The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States were created. On my walking tour I will take you past many of those Must See Places. ( Benjamin Franklin Resting’s Place, A Quaker House, Betsy Ross House, Ellfreth Alley, Christ Church,The Old Tavern and more.) You will marvel at The Old City neighborhood – adorable coffee shops, charming back streets, early 1900’s warehouses, and lots more ! I enjoy sharing the history of this amazing city with guests from all over the world. My tours are conducted in French – Italian – and English.
I lead tours in Lancaster County, home to the oldest Amish communities in the country. I invite you to explore this little slice of heaven anytime. Combine your stay while in Philadelphia with a half-day scenic tour in the beautiful Amish countryside where you will experience with all your senses this beautiful region called Pennsylvania Dutch Country. You will have the chance to meet the local Amish community and we will stop at several Amish businesses. Take some time as well to explore some local wineries who are committed to excellence. – Good wine is essential, but great wine is intentional – ( A picnic can be booked at your request.) Transportation is not provided. I can book a private car with a Driver.
Depending on your interests and local distractions along the way, I can design a special tour at your request. Do not hesitate to ask me.
I am a member of The Philadelphia Tour guide Association.
