I am so lucky to have met Ahsan and have him guide me around Badshahi Mosque and the food street nearby. Typically, I travel alone and without a guide, but Ahsan seemed so knowledgeable and kind that I decided to go with him and am so grateful that I did. Ahsan provided rich cultural context and called attention to points of interest and beautiful details that I would not have otherwise noticed. In addition to his architectural and historical knowledge, I appreciated Ahsan's patience, candor, and openness to answering questions and sharing about his life and his perspectives as a Lahore local. He made me feel so welcome in his city and went out of his way to make my experience the best it could be.
