Hi, I’m Denielle pronounced Den-Neil but people call me Dee. I grew up in Massachusetts just outside of Boston and now reside in Covington Georgia with my husband and 3 children. I served in the Army National Guard for 8 years as a sergeant and was proud to be a part of the Honor Guard. I tell people that I have been traveling since I was in the womb and haven’t stopped since, thanks to my parents. I am new to the world of tour directing and eager to learn. I love working and being outdoors, therefore, not in an office unless it’s to cool off from the heat, Ha ha! I have years of experience working in customer service, as a receptionist, administrative assistant,  travel agent, and remote customer service agent, and with my current employment with Southern Bell Farm and Zoo Atlanta.  I get to interact with guests as a greeter, processing payments, or telling people where to find specific activities either on the farm or at the zoo.

Sometimes I can be an information overloader. If I know something, I may give you more information than needed. This could be a good thing because at least others can’t say I never gave them the information, Ha!

I am looking forward to beginning my career as a tour director and connecting with like-minded people.
